Short Biography
Since mid 2010 Chai Locher (Amsterdam, 1973) has been working as advisor to organisations on development issues and stubborn questions.
His 2008 documentary about a former MI6 negotiatior and his experiences in the Middle East inspired him to change his eight year career as a documentary film maker into development consultancy. He uses his documentary skills of looking at people and finding the question that is at the table.

He specialises in the field of man and organisation development. He works with organisations in different fields, from health care and financials, to film organisations and production houses. Themes include: changing workfield surroundings,  vision in action, conflict and negotiations. Looking at processes, dialogue and biography he researches with his clients how to get to the next step.
